Contact the Director, Income Tax Investigation in the concerned jurisdiction.  He will have dedicated telephone line, fax and e-mail id.

You can meet him in person and your details will not be disclosed.  It is secret and confidential.  10% of the amount collected as tax will be awarded to you, in case, if such undisclosed income is detected.

Be brave and provide all the information, you have about his illegal financial and business activities, where such tax evasion is found.

The officer will guide you and the amount will be given to you promptly by the department, will not be known to the person, from whom the tax is collected.
