How do i report an online auction fraud on yahoo auctions to yahoo?

I have just been a victim of an online auction fraud on yahoo auctions, and the auction site is still functioning, i want to contact yahoo about this auction site but i have tried several ways and don't know how. I have already filed a complaint with several agencies, and i want to let yahoo know about this too. Can someone help? so that others will not fall victim to this auction site!

I had the EXACT same problem with an eBay seller!!!  If you bought the item through paypal, file a COMPLAINT with them.  They took care of my problem pretty quickly.

Click on Neighborhood Watch and mark it as a Violation of ToS.  (There's already some votes on there, BTW)  Y! uses that to determine if a listing or Seller needs some attention.

I had this same problem. I contacted Yahoo with the info that I had and they closed the seller down.

The info I was able to get was by watching his auctions and emailing the winners of those auctions. I was able to get a few people together and Yahoo saw that there was a problem.

I wish you would have posted how you paid. You should always try to pay paypal or moneybookers. If you payed with a credit card you may be protected. File a complaint with the credit card company.

If you payed by check contact your bank and ask about your options.

If you payed with paypal open a dispute from your account right now! It will freeze the funds that are in his account and you can provide evidence to paypal that you dint recieve the item. They can refund you with whatever is in his account.

If you payed via western union then shame on you!!! Never buy an item from a seller that accepts western union.
