How do i report an unsafe website. (this website is bad for ur computer)

i like to do a little poking around when it comes to computer hacking but. when i tried to look for tools i found the mother load on one site but the site is one big virus. if you download anything your computer is screwed. and i would like to report it to the Computer security agency or whatever it is. HOW DO I DO THAT??!?!?!?

when you do a search on yahoo it should automatically say its harmful. like this one,

If you have fire fox internet explorer you can download a free add-on called WOT. WOT tells you if the web-site is unsafe for children and your computer. It also give you rating's on how good a web-site's reputation is being poor modest good excellent
