How do i reprogram keys on clio mk3 2001 -2005?

i tried reprogramming my keys by pressing central locking button in etc but didn't work...i noticed a morse code type beep tho?

Ideally needs to be done by the Service/parts guys at your nearest dealership, expensive, but it will get the job done right, first time!
