How do i reprogram my garage door opener wall button inside my garage, not the outside keypad

my neghbor and i must be on the same code becuase we press our buttons both our doors open, its a wayne dalton opener

not sure about that brand but there is usually a set of switches in the opener and in the controller if you change the same dip switch in the opener and the controller it should work. This changes the frequency on which they operate.

the inside switch should be hardwired//// but i do remember that wayne dalton came up with a wireless inside controll (junk sorry!) call a wayne dalton  rep /// or hit the memory button hold for bout 20 secs clear every code reprogram all again should work!
