  1. I would have to agree with JP PO.  I am also a PO and it would have to be a pretty valid case of some wrongdoing to be switched to someone else.  If you are doing what you are supposed to do, you shouldn't be having any problem with your PO.

  2. Let me tell you this:  I'm a PO.  Our department would NEVER switch you to another PO just because you didn't like the one you have, or because you felt he or she was being unreasonable or too demanding, etc.  It doesn't work like that.  Cooperating with authority figures is a part of becoming a mature adult, and so is cooperating with people you don't necessarily get along with or agree with.  If you have a legitimate complaint and think your PO acted illegally, you can complain to their supervisor, but odds are you will have to learn to deal with him or her being your PO.  Keep your nose clean, do what they want, and you'll be off Probation soon enough.

  3. You'd need to contact their supervisor or the state's dept of probation and parole.

  4. stay out of trouble and you won't have to worry about probation officer's!

  5. simply file a VALID request through your PO's supervisor. again, it must be valid, it cant be because he is being to mean to you ect
