my kid's got an older furby and we just got it out of storage and it's acting strange. won't complete words and repeats the same motions over and over. i've looked all over the internet and all the instructions say to press in the reset button. this one must be so old because it doesn't have a reset button. anyone have any idea how to reset it? is it as simple as replacing the batteries? or do we just have a crappy furby that needs to be replaced?
