my kid's got an older furby and we just got it out of storage and it's acting strange. won't complete words and repeats the same motions over and over. i've looked all over the internet and all the instructions say to press in the reset button. this one must be so old because it doesn't have a reset button. anyone have any idea how to reset it? is it as simple as replacing the batteries? or do we just have a crappy furby that needs to be replaced?

  1. Try taking out the batteries, waiting a minute and putting in fresh ones.

  2. There is a reset button but even when you reset and reinstall the batteries, he will remember his vocabulary.

  3. Did you check in the battery compartment?  Alot of times the reset button is inside the compartment.  Hope this helps.
