  1. Go to Control Panel --> Add/Remove Programs and remove the Vista theme in order to get back to your original default log-on screen.

  2. If you installed an application go to Control Panel / Add or Remove Programmes. Look for the application and click once on the item and click Change/Remove.

If the thing you installed isn't listed in the list of programes, try looking in your Start / All Programs menu to see if you can find the application. There might be an uninstall option listed beside the application.

  3. I would go into control panel and click classic view and select user accounts and see if you can figure out something there.  That is where you can put a password or add users to use on the login screen or remove users or passwords so you don't use it all together.  Otherwise look in add and remove programs and see if you can find the program and remove it.  If that doesn't work you are probably out of luck and it is a virus.

  4. I am using tune up to change boot screen and there is a button to restore defaults

    http://www.tune-up.com/

you will find it in customize windows > change boot screen
