  1. You should be able to call The company where you got it from and they should be able to give you a code.   Sorry I can't help more than that, there are so many different remotes and each remote has several different available codes.  Or you could always just go and buy a new remote.  If you have cable I know they'll give you a universal remote for free and you can program your cable box, and TV to that and just have one remote.  It will come with the codes.
