How do i resize a gif or jpeg to 80 x 80 pixels?

I go on paint, and I click on "resize", and then I type in the dimensions that I want. I'm not sure if it comes out accurate though.

I think Microsoft Office Picture manager may be more helpful and accurate. I think you do the same thing on there as paint.
