How do i resolve issues with creative player and yahoo subsciption?

I can not transfer subscription songs to my creative player using Yahoo Jukebox. I am getting error code 0xc00d2772. Yahoo tech support is taking forever to resolve the issue.

  1. Which Creative Player do you have?  Have you tried reloading the firmware, resetting your player, etc?

    I use Vista as well with the Creative Vision M and have no issue.
