Did you see the X on the upper right side of the Mozilla Firefox browser? If yes, click it. Then after that, open the Mozilla Firefox again, then you have just restarted your Firefox browser.

By Restart they(FireFox Guyz) mean " close all firefox browser windows you have currently open, and then open firefox again :-) ).

So all you needa do is :Click on "X" (Close) button. Then open FireFox again.

close all your windows/go to file->exit on your open browsers. If you want/need to shut it down by force, hit ctrl+alt+del to open the task manager. Go to the processes tab and look for a process called "firefox.exe." right click and go to end process. When it asks if you're sure you want to do this, hit yes. To restart it, open it from your start menu/desktop, or to force start it, open the windows task manager, go to file->new task (run) and type in "firefox.exe" and hit OK

I used QuickRestart 1.1.4. It only takes less than a minute to install. After installation just add the Restart button to your toolbar by going to View -> Toolbars -> Customize. Once the window appears, click and drag the 'Restart' button unto the toolbar, click done and you're finished. You now have the quick option to restart when you want.
