  1. Go to Start > Program Files > Accessories > System Tools

    it will be llisted under there, its just a case if clicking a date you require


  2. You need to use the same software you used in Backing Up your Files. Open where you placed the System catalog files or Backup files.

    Restoring a Back Up is different to System Restore.

    Its not System Restore as it only Restore System Files dates earlier.

  3. Click start -All programs and go  to the top.Accessories-Across the drop

    down to System Tools and System Restore is on the drop down.Click

    a date which is darkened and that is a restore point to take your computer back.
