  3. no there is no way cause u deleted ur trash bin

  4. Yes, go to Start - All Programs - Accessories - System Tools - System Restore. That's for Windows XP, I am not sure how to find it on Vista, Linux, etc but I am sure that it exists on those OS too!

A system restore wizard opens and will navigate you from there on. Keep in mind that this will restore many files not just the one you want and will mostly restore truly important system files not movies or text files.

  5. Yes. You can try to use the File Scavenger. You can download a free trial here.Read also the features on it.

  6. Well there are software for recovering lost files. Try searching Google for them.

  7. Within about 20 minutes of emptying the bin the system will have used the space marked free for temporary system files. Also anything you save will do the same. Within one hour there is almost no chance of any recovery, and just the temporary download file if you try for a recovery program will finish off every trace. System restore ONLY restores required system files, and often takes you to a point where there are more problems.

  8. if u have deleted them in recycle bin it is easy to restore ,right  click on recycle bin and press restore or if u have deleted them of your pc u should u se  recovery programs , note that install this program(recovery) in  a different drive and restore the deleted file , i have experienced it but may some of files donot restore

    good luck
