How do i retrieve deleted files? What are the software I can use to retreive deleted files?

I'm sure there is a way to do so. A friend told me before that it is impossible to delete something completely from the computer. Even when youi have deleted a file or folder, the computer still keeps a memory of it and you can retrieve by "physically retrieving it from the hard drive" or something like that. What can i do?

Go to recycle bin, right click on the file u wish to get back then select restore , the file will be restored to it's original folder

Google " file recovery " you will find plenty of programs to recover your files choose one that allows you 14 days free trial and allows full recovery as some programs only allow 5 or 10 file recovery

he is right but I know that Norton Disk Doctor  (Works) will do this but there are other on the market
