How do i rip flv. files?

Question

Say i want to rip a video off a website and download it to my computer.

lets use this an example: http://player.tvliveshows.com/player.php?loc=http://v2.crunchyroll.com/cruser1/4/2/2/3/422318882o800on88p2/video.flv

how would i do that? is there some sort of program to use?
