How do i rotate a picture?

Question

i have put a pic of me on my avatar, but it is sidewyas how do i rotate it?

i noticed an answer for someone else that said something about going to photobucket?

where is that and how do i do it?

When you are on your desktop, and then click on my documents, my pictures. Select the pic you want to rotate, and then at the bottom there is a little horrisontal list of tools, hold your mouse over some until you find the one that says 'rotate'

find ur pic on ur computer

rigfht click and go to open with, look for windows picture and fax viewer, open it with that then count to the 8th bottom, keep clicking until its the right way up
