How do i rotate photoshop 7 brushes

i can't seem to figure out how. i feel dumb but dang. ive tried everything. i only find how to rotate cs3 brushes.

No youre not dumb! The other poster is exactly right. I use PS 7 and that's how I do it.

The way i do it is make a new layer, do the brush you want. Press Ctrl + T (transform) and then you can rotate that way :)
