How do i rsvp for a club in nyc?

wanna go to club strata and it says rsvp to be on guest list.whole name or jus first full and last initial?

call the number on the flyer or website or call the club and tell them the night and ask for the promoters number... then tell em your whole name and the whole name of any friends you're going with.
