How do i safely lose ten pounds in about 3-4 weeks?

I'm 14 years old, i'm 5'3, and i weigh 124 pounds. I don't want anything extreme, but i do want to lose a little bit of weight and tone up some. Please give me any advice you have on dieting, exercise, and anything else that has great results, but is also healthy. I mostly want to work on my abs, thighs, and arms so if you have any specific workouts that help these particular areas please let me know about them. Thanks! <3

    im trying to find the same advice.

    i lately have been doing the workouts in seventeen. theyre great!

    i lost only five pounds (but thats not what i was looking for cuz im 100 lbs) and my arms dont have the little arm pudge, my butt &amp; thighs are tight, i now have a six pack :)


  2. i&#039;ve lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks by not eating more than 20 carbs a day.

  3. Eating soups (low salt) homemade with lots of vegetables and some chicken. No noodles, rice or potatoes. Keep the bread to one slice a day. Fish and more veggies, eat very plainly and take a one a day vitamin. Remember your stomach is about the size of a cup and eat as though you have had a gastric bypass operation.

  4. Treading water for long periods of time tones you up and helps you shed off pounds. Try getting to the pool almost every day. Hope this helps a little.  

  5. well first of all you are just sounding dramatic but there is al ways room for improvement so i would start by taking a 1-2 mile walk 2-3 times a week and start eating healthy (that means no McDonald&#039;s) XD start having healthy snacks like apples and bananas and eat 3 times a day to keep your metabolism running nice and smooth (MAKE SURE YOU EAT BREAKFAST) that is the most important meal of the day so make sure you have at least a bowl of healthy cereal and a small fruit. and in about 2-3 weeks you&#039;ll lose just the right amount you&#039;ll be healthy too. hoped this helped if you have any questions you can email me on my profile

  6. go for walks every day if thats all ur looking at is loosing weight then eat only when your really hungry but dont eat processed stuff eat heathy like eat food food. even if u do a few laps around your basement or around your house do something like that.

  7. girl if any thing u need to gain a few pounds for ur height ur 6 pounds under the limit trust me I&#039;m also 5&#039;3 enjoy bein a kid cus when ur older u wont get to eat like u did as a kid

It is quite simple, all you must do is eat right and work out...sadly there is no quick trick or fast-track to it, but simply eating about 1200 to 1500 calories per day and working out for about 45 minutes every day at a moderate pace, should do it, but it might take about 6 weeks, since the weight loss will be more slow and also more permanent.
