How do i satisfied the visa officer that i will leave Canada at the end of my study ?

i am going to study in québec i already got the CAQ and i've sent my application to the canadian embassy but they refused my application because i didnt satisfied the visa officer that im gonna leave canada at the end of my study , how can i satisfied him ?

p.s i have sufficient funds

Book a return ticket.  Have photographs of your family in wherever you are from including your wife.  Own property where you are from.
