  1. ORGANIZE!

Use the Board of Education. Arrange meetings with the PTA. Get other parents in on the situation. There is also the Board of Supervisors. It would be necessary to construct all arguments as objective as possible. Focus on this teacher's skills, progress, abilities and the effect she has had on the children. Getting into hearsay (no matter how true) will cloud the issue and turn it into a personal vendetta.

If other parents love her too, then I'm sure you guys can work together to defend her. Good luck!!

  2. Ask her if someone that is already working there can become the principal. That could save the school.

  3. Go to the Board of Education. Let them know the work this teacher is doing. If the other teacher isn't that good, let him know that also. You need to show proof .Get all the signatures you can to keep the one teacher.Don't mention that you think the principal is jealous. They would not accept hearing this. Just give them the facts.Wish we had more teachers like your son has.Good Luck.

  4. persuadethe principal

  5. pee on him
