How do i save an image with no "right click dropdown" ?

A photographer took photos of me and put the proofs online. I am ordering the photos but would like to save them to my computer. When I right click the image it doesn't allow me to save it to my computer. Is there any way I can get around this?

press the print screen button and paste in paint

In Windows, on your keyboard, hit the Prt Scr button.  It takes a "snapshot" of your entire desktop and you can then paste the "snapshot" in any photo program (like Windows Paint.)  You would just have to crop your photo and get rid of the extra part of the "snapshot" before you save the final pic.  The quality is pretty good for doing it this way.
