How do i save my favorites when i add a new computer?

You should be able to go to your Favorites folder located in your C drive. If you can't find it, choose Search files and folders for Favorites. Open it ans select all. Then you can send them to D drive and burn them to a disc. Then just take the disk and paste the files to a folder on your new computer.

Also, look into websites like del.icio.us, which allow you to save favorites and you can access them on any computer as long as you have online access.

My Computer/Local Disk C:/ Documents and Settings/(Folder w/ Your cpu Name)/ Favorites

Drop Favorites on to a Flash Drive

Load them on new cpu back in the same area (as above)

That's how I've done it anyway.
