How do i say it properly?

when somebody asking me where is your friend? how do i answer him back if my friend went to comfort room? she went to comfort room or better if WC or she's gone to comfort room/WC?. which one is good?

I'm not sure if I understand your question but I'll try to answer it as best as I can.

I don't know what WC stands for but I suspect "comfort room" refers to the bathroom.  In that case, you would simply say, "My friend went to the bathroom."  A bathroom is also known as a "restroom" when it is located in a public place.

You must be British.  In the U.S. we call it the restroom or the lavatory.  If we're with friends, we call it the bathroom.
