  1. If you're refering to someone's wedding anniversary then you could probably say: "go kekkon kinenbi, omedetou gozaimasu"

(ご結婚記念日、おめでとうございます), but it might sound a very formal and somewhat awkward.

"Kinenbi" is just a general expression for "anniversary", you really don't hear the general expression "happy anniversary" used all that much by Japanese people in conversational settings. Usually, when such an expression is used, it tends to be used more written Japanese.

The more general "omedetou gozaimasu" tends to be used more in converstation that anything else.

Younger Japanese couples who are familiar with western culture and English, might just say some kind of katakana-ized version of "Happy anniversary" just like many do with "Happy Birthday" or "Happy Valentine's Day".

  2. There's no suitable expression to the phrase in Japanese.

You just say as is or Omedetoh gozaimasu.

  3. That would be "Kinenbi Ohmedetoh".

  4. you say "kinnenbi omedetou gozaimasu"

  5. ハッピー周年記念

    Happii
