How do i scibe window beads?

Assuming you are wanting to scribe these hard to know why you would want to be doing this without a bit more info. Scribing is generally offering up a new piece to old, transfering the profile you are wanting to join to with a pencil and then cutting this out so that you get a neat fit. Usually you mitre window beads, chop at 45 degrees so that two ends fit snugly into each corner of the window.

To Scribe anything it's the same principle, ie cut at 45 or whatever degree you need then reverse cut the back of the angle

Sorry, I don't understand your question and,judging by the lack of answers, neither does anyone else.

Is there a spelling mistake, I'm not familiar with the term "scibe". Please add some details.
