How do i see how much money is on my gift card?

My mom bought me a 'Parents Load It, Students Spend It' gift card at Wal-Mart & i cant figure out how much money i have on it ! Do u have to go to customer service or something? Plz help!

there is usually a toll free phone number on the back of the card just call that number and then put in you card number and they will tell you what your balance is
