How do i sell my finca in Murcia Spain fast ?

3/4 bed,large kitchen,large lounge. set in 1000 sq mtrs with a part built house and ruins ready for a builder or good all rounder to exploit. I have lost interest.

very hard , market is dead ,too many empty new properties. i am finding success with a local as poss estate agent- but consider long term rent to pay costs untill market picks up    good luck

Value your property accurately.

Do not ask too much.

Put up a big FOR SALE sign with a telephone number.

Put up flyers in town. (Both in Spanish & English).

Chat up the owners of all the local bars.

Visit the biggest estate agents in the area.

Talk to your immediate neighbours.

Yahoo answers was a good idea. Use the web to its best advantage. A few photos help too.

I believe that cheap flights are going to Cartegena. If relevant put details in ads in UK and European areas where the flights come from.

Wherever your property is there is only ONE that stops it from being sold - the price.  Get that right and it will sell.

Advertise it in Saturday Telegraph and on internet but don't expect anything to be fast in Spain!!

i would advise set a decent price and pray,plus get as many agents as you can..good luck.

This is not the best time to sell properties in Spain.

it is taking a long time to sell in spain, it took us 12 months and we had to reduce the price, put your property with as many agents as you can, they are very competitive and only the one that sells it gets the commission, good luck
