  1. Call an agent that deals with listed securities and get them to sell them for you.


  2. Yes. I suspect Tesco have their own staff dealing facility. I presumae you are talking about income tax if you got them in an employee scheme. You are still liable to Capital Gains Tax, though. If the profit (plus any other gains) is over the CGT allowance.
