How do i sell stuff on Ebay?

Question

I'm a member with E-bay and i'm wanting to sell something, but i have a few questions.

1.) How does shipping work? Do i ship the object to the person buying it from me or do i ship it to some other location?

2.) How do i get paid? How do i get the money/How do they get it to me?

That's it, it would mean alot to me if you answered because it's for my little brother.

Ok here&#039;s how it goes becaue I buy and sell stuff on e-bay all the time.

1) You need to start an e-bay &amp; paypal account (so you can get your money).

2) Then you just hit sell your item and describe it the best you can, take pictures and what not it&#039;s very easy..it&#039;ll take you step by step so you can upload your pictures for your item.

3) Figure out how much you want to sell your item for and then estimate how much you want to charge for shipping and then just review your listing and go from there.  Now people may have questions for you so you&#039;ll want to respond quick as possible.

Okay now to answer all your questins:

1) You kind of estimate on how much you want to charge for shipping (not too much) a resonable price.  No you&#039;ll ship it to the address that comes from paypal...when the person pays the recieipt will have the address that you need to ship to, but just to be on the safe side...always check with them and make sure there shipping address is correct before you ship and always do a del confirmation when shipping so you&#039;ll know that the item got there.

2) You&#039;ll get paid through your paypal account...you&#039;ll get an e-mail saying that you received a payment from who ever brought your item...now as far as getting your money from paypal you have several different choices, you can have a check sent to you from your paypal account or have it sent to your bank account or apply for a ATM card from paypal..which ever you prefer.

1-You ship it to the address the buyer tells you......2-open a pay pal account or let them pay you by money order or personal check, if the buyer pays by check or money order don&#039;t ship the item till you cash the check, but be prompt, late shipments give you negative points

you need an account, you sign up for the account that allows you to sale stuff, then when someone buys something you ship it yourself, by boxing it..ect...

1. You have the item shipping estimate and then ship it to your customer. You can take an item ready to be shipped to kinko&#039;s and get it weighed and priced.

2. You can use Paypal or get yourself a merchant account set up or both.

okay well shipping works like this:

first it is easier to open up a paypal account because it is just eaiser to ship things and handle the money. you just ship the item to the person like the location they give you. with the money use the paypal account! its so easy.

ok well where do i start.

Once you have wrote all the info in the selling part (you need to put a rough estimate for postage which they will pay for)you can choose a payment method e.g Paypal (which i use) once the item has finished and if someone bidded on it they will pay for the item and the postage through paypal and you will be sent an email confirming their payment and it has their address on it,you then wrap the item up and put a label on the package with their address on it take it to the postoffice and pay to send it..simple as lol
