If you need to send it across while chatting just drag and drop the file into the chat window where you type OR  you can start photo sharing and once your chat partner has accepted the invite drag and drop the file into the photo-sharing window.

However, if you want to send a picture via email you can click on the attachment button and browse for the picture on your local hard drive.

You can also drag and drop a photo loaded on another website into the text area of your e-mail page.

When you write an email, go to the attach button/icon and click on the browse button and upload it from your computer.
