How do i send a picture to someone else's email?

How do i send pictures off my computer that i downloaded to the computer to someone else's emailing address so they can see pictures of kids

Send them as an email attachment. Open up your mail room, type in the the person ID that you want to send the pictures to, scroll down to the bottom of the compose mail (mail that you are getting ready to send ) where you will see Attachment, click there and just follow directions. Good Luck
