When you as the owner/ moderator goes to post a message, there is a square to check before you click send, that will send everyone who takes any kind of mail your message. You can also do this in your FILES SECTION as well.

Actually, a yahoo groups consists of members who receive messages via email.  You post to the entire group of people who are members of your group by going to your group on the yahoogroups.com website, clicking on post, writing your message, including a subject line, and then clicking on send.  Of course, you have to be an owner or a moderator to be able to post.  If you are not one of the above, you must send the message via email to the owner of the group asking him/her to post it.
