How do i send group messages to all the people on my list at one time?

depends on what each members mail settings are. if some are set to no mail, you'll have to send it to them privately thru your own e-mail. generally, when you post to the groups posting address (or from off the group) all members who are on individual and digest will get it- if from the group you check Special Notice (located near the botom of the text field) those members set at Special Notice will also get it.
