How do i send messages?

i want to thank all the people who helped me out on that last question, but when i go to thier page i can figure out how to send them a message. i feel dumb because i can usually figure this stuff out on my own. oh and about that last question i asked, like i said i dont really want to become anorexic but i couldnt think of anyway to put it. i was wrong to say that, because i know it is a disease, and i apologize.

Look on a persons page and if they have the option for others to send them a message, you will see where it says to Email ID or IM ID.
