How do i send money to another paypal user if it asks for an email?

i need to send money to someone on paypal but when i go to send money it asks for the persons email or phone number.

  1. You should ask the other person for his email access to paypal and use that email. It may be the same as his ordinary email address or he may have created one just for paypal transactions.
