How do i send money with paypal?

do i have to add funds into my account before i can buy things? or how does it work? i just got a paypal account and i am soooo confused. please help me

Ok first off, Paypal is a great site. You can add funds from you checking account. After they verify your info you are good to go. I have been with them for years now. I have had no problems at all.

You need to have the linked email address of the person you are sending funds to. Paypal will send them an email telling them they have new funds.

you need to put some money in to your paypal acc first. Either sell something or add from bank acc.
