try monster.com or any one of the cruise line web sites.  I've never seen an American working on a cruise ship though.

Your best bet is to contact Human resources for Carnival Cruise line, as they own just about 50% of all major cruise lines in the US.  The web site you want to go to is: http://phx.corporate-ir.net/phoenix.zhtm...  This site has links to all of their cruise companies that they own.

You would need to send it to the corprate office for the cruise line that you are interested in.  

Holland America Line is in Seattle, WA

Windstar cruises is in Seattle, WA (With HAL)

Princess Cruises is in Santa Clarita, CA

Carnival is in Miami, FL

go to the sites for each line to find the rest.  That is where the HR department is located and they will accept the resume.  The actual ships do not take resumes.
