How do i send someone an paypal invoice?

Log on to your PayPal account and click on the tab that says request money. You will be guided what to do, it's very simple. You will need the persons email address.

If this is related to an ebay sell, you can do that through ebay.  

If not, you do not even have to have the invoice.  All you need to do is have the person paying you - go onto their account and click on "Send Money"  and they place your email address in the correct box, and then of course the amount of money, shipping etc...
