mm since I doubt you want to sing to a steak, could you possibly have meant marinate?

here's a good marinade recipe:

oil

Dijon mustard

worcestershire sauce

onions

garlic

Salt & pepper

lemon juice

soy sauce

red wine vinegar

Mix it up and put in a zip lock bag with steak and refrigerate overnight

As long as you have a good voice, try something soft and soothing.  Anything over the top may cause the steak to shrivel up.  You don't want that!
