How do i set a ringtone for everybody on my sprint mogul?

i made some off ventones.com

but how do i set the same ringtone for everybody not just individually i dont want the default tones for anybody

Go to settings the to phone. You can set your ring tone there for everybody. It will work as long as you don't have any set in the contacts.

You would go to the contacts list, pick someone, open up the contact, edit, then there should be something there to set the ringtone... pick the one you want for that person... then off to the next.

Are the downloaded ring tones in the proper file. Have you checked the Microsoft web site they have really detailed ambiguous  ins on it like all PC companies.
