How do i set it so people can view my screen?

Im trying to get it so people could see whatever i do on my computer like my monitor, i was hoping it would be a little more interactive. So i could walk them through a problem and i dont mean remote access or w/e. More or less id use it so me and my friends could watch movies together etc. but i wanted it syncronized, not like me upload the movie or w/e and we all watch if thats even possible

If you have an Apple computer with Leopard, all you need too do is long into ichat and setup a screen sharing with your friend.
