How do i set my blackberry 8130 back to it's original factory settings?

call the company that you have it through and they will help you re-set it. I have had trouble with my phone even though it isnt a blackberry and they took me from step to step about how to reset it. So call your company and they should be able to help.

You can perform a device wipe, which will remove all user-specific information like contacts, messages, etc. Follow the steps below:

1. Go to Options > Security Options > General Settings

2. Press the menu key, then select Wipe Handheld

3. If you have a password, type it in when it prompts you.

The device will wipe and go back to the original factory settings.

don't own one, but you might try removing the battery for a couple of minutes and then replacing it.
