How do i set my dvd for all regions as some overseas dvd wont play?

I think you can only do that if your DVD player is a multi-region one. Otherwise, you can only play the movies that are designed for the region your player is madde for.

Additional comments -

IE Region 1 movies from Canada and America, Region 3 movies from the Philippines, Region 4 movies from Australia and New Zealand etcetera)
