How do i set up a charity to raise money in ireland if the charity is based in south africa?

I am trying to raise money for an organisation aimed at providing opportunites for children to discover cultural diversity and overcome racism. But most funding comes from outside South Africa and the processes for fundraising in Europe and the US are mostly closed off to emerging organisations, so I had the idea to raise funds myself in Ireland, since in my experience they are the most giving people I have experienced... so how do I get it started?

start with your Church first  someone there should help you start

Start a Pay Pal account and then send the money directly to the organization you want to help.  Maybe Ireland has a mission group already set up to help.
