If you are calling or texting a mobile phone...

Remove the Zero - If you have a number that's 0455 555 555 you will call

011 61 455 555 555 from the USA.

011: long distance

61: country code

4: city code (in this case, "4" is the code for cell phones instead of a city code) - you remove the "0" from before the number when calling long distance.

The rest is the phone number.

I called last month on Cingular/ATT without any special long distance setup.....
