How do i set up outlook 2007 with my colleges email address?

i am at siuc and i want to use outlook to open and view my email cuz it seems like it wud be easier to use. how to i set outlook up? the site to log in is https://webmail.siu.edu/smms if that helps at all i dont know wat all the settings are like pop3 ect. thanks
