first of all have you run the cd that came with he camera? that will put drivers on ya pc to pick up the camera and set it up etc, then if your using msn or yahoo etc there will be a camera wizard that will talk you throu the setting so you can do web cam while chatting etc just look at all the tabs in msn or yahoo, like for msn its tools, then it has audio and video set up, i dont use yahoo IM but i would think it would be very similar. see how ya go with that, If you would like me to talk you throu it properly add me to ya yahoo or msn [e-mail] and ill be able to help you further.
