How do i set up this resume?

i am 22. i was a waitress for 6 years then i went to school for pharmacy technician and worked as that for 1 year and 9 months...

how do i set up my resume fo a new pharmacy job in a hospital? do i include the waitressing jobs or do i start with my pharmcy job since its related to the job i'm applying for??

i would include ur waitress job cause u did it for such a long amount of time. and it shows u were busy and hardworking during that time u werent professionally working.

Do show the server job, it show longevity, reliability and loyalty.  If you waited on pharmaceutical parties, try to work that in.  Start with the tech job and tailor the resume to the new job.

definitely include it. besides the skills of the job (energetic, personable, etc.) it demonstarets thet you are responsible and know how to hold down a job. These skills are as important as actual job skills to a hiring manager, especially in young people. There are talented people who are lazy and irresponsible. Your many years of hard work shows you are NOT one of them.
